Bill is a 1986 graduate, magna cum laude, of the University of Louisville’s Brandeis School of Law.  He is a founding partner with the firm of Phillips Parker Orberson & Moore P.L.C. and concentrates his practice in the area of civil defense litigation. He has received an A.V. rating from Martindale Hubbel and has been included in The Best Lawyers In America.  He has previously served as an adjunct faculty member with the University of Louisville's Brandeis School of Law and is a member of the American, Kentucky and Louisville Bar Associations. Bill is also a member of Defense Research Institute and Kentucky Defense Counsel.
