David was born in Bowling Green, Kentucky, May 3, 1947 and was admitted to the Kentucky bar in 1973. David is admitted to practice in all Courts in the Commonwealth of Kentucky; U.S. District Court, Eastern and Western Districts of Kentucky; U.S. Court of Appeals, Sixth Circuit; and the U.S. Supreme Court.
David graduated from Western Kentucky University in 1967, and obtained a M.S. from Florida State University in 1968. He obtained his Juris Doctor Degree from the University of Kentucky College of Law in 1972. David has served as the Trial Commissioner for the Supreme Court of Kentucky, as an arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association, and was appointed to the Order of Barristers. During law school, he was a member of the National Moot Court Team and received the title of Outstanding Oral Advocate for the Southeast Region during the National Moot Court Competition. David is a member of the Fayette County Bar Association and the Kentucky and American Bar Associations. He is also a member of the Defense Research Institute.
David concentrates his practice in appellate work, class action litigation, construction law, contract litigation, employment law, environmnetal law, Federal multi-district litigation, fire and casualty litigation, insurance defense, legal and medical malpractice, municipal liability, products liability, premises liability, real estate, transportation law, and toxic torts. |
