Born and raised in Berea, Kentucky, Jane graduated Cum Laude from Eastern Kentucky University in 1986 with a Bachelor of Arts in Paralegal Science. She obtained her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Kentucky College of Law in 2004. While at the University of Kentucky College of Law, Jane was a member of the Moot Court Board.

Jane worked as a litigation paralegal for fifteen years before returning to school to obtain her law degree. During this time she participated in numerous trials in a variety of areas including mass tort litigation, products liability, personal injury, commercial litigation and condemnation cases.  After graduating from law school, Jane joined the law firm of Clark & Ward where she practiced insurance defense litigation.  She joined PPOM in October 2008, where she concentrates her practice on general civil litigation defense.  Her primary areas of practice include personal injury defense, commercial trucking cases and products liability matters.

Jane is a member of the Kentucky Bar Association and the Fayette County Bar Association.  She is admitted to practice in all Courts in the Commonwealth of Kentucky as well as the United States District Courts, Eastern and Western Districts of Kentucky.

Jane is a former citizen Foster Care Review Board member and is actively involved with Habitat for Humanity.  In her spare time, she enjoys snow skiing, reading and traveling.
