David was born in Bowling Green, Kentucky. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of Louisville in 1998. He attended law school at the University of Kentucky College of Law, where he was a member of Journal of Natural Resources and Environmental Law. He graduated from law school in 2001.
David joined PPOM in the summer of 2008. Prior to joining PPOM, David practiced general civil litigation in Washington, DC and Northern Vriginia for seven years. During that time, he handled over 20 jury trials, all with successful outcomes for his clients. Since moving back to Kentucky and joining PPOM, David has focused primarily on defending against medical malpractice claims, and represents hospitals, doctors, and other healthcare professionals. He is licensed to practice in Kentucky, Virginia and Washington, DC.
David is married and lives with his wife and their dog in Louisville. In his spare time, he enjoys baseball, basketball, football, and golf, and is a strong supporter of the University of Kentucky and the Boston Red Sox.
